Product Information and Use
Product scent descriptions do not establish formula content or a medical, therapeutic, skin, behavior, safety, or certification outcome. Current records support external use only, no ingestion, and avoiding the eyes, nose, and mouth. The current package label controls directions and cautions. Current website copy is intentionally limited. An authorized reviewer must approve the physical formula, package label, safety directions, certifications, and legal claims before publication or fulfillment.
Catalog, Price, and Availability
In live mode, the storefront must confirm an exact Square catalog variation, current price, location, and availability before accepting payment. Browser names, sizes, and totals are display information and are not the server's pricing authority. An item is not reserved until the live order flow confirms it.
Payment and Order Records
Live payment may proceed only when the production readiness checks pass. A successful charge must reference a durable checkout attempt and one Square Order with the selected catalog variations and shipping method. Demo mode must clearly state that no payment or live order occurred.
Shipping
Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. Standard Shipping is $5.99 and free at $50 or more. Priority Shipping is $9.99. Express Shipping is $14.99. Displayed delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. The selected method and charge must agree across checkout, order, and confirmation.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods
Review the Shipping and Returns page and contact support before sending a product back. The return window, item condition, label cost, refund timing, replacement process, and any satisfaction language require authorized operations and legal confirmation before launch.
Pro Pricing Applications
Submitting an application confirms only that its record was received for review. Displayed volume bands and discounts are an application guide, not proof of eligibility, professional credentials, account creation, inventory access, or a binding offer. Final terms require written approval from Sassy's.
Newsletter Consent
Newsletter participation requires a separate request and emailed confirmation. A support request, application, or purchase does not create marketing consent. A confirmed subscriber can withdraw through the private unsubscribe link.
Warranty, Liability, and Governing Law
Warranty scope, limitations of liability, dispute procedure, governing law, and venue are legal decisions. They remain intentionally unset in this technical draft and must be supplied or approved by authorized counsel before these terms are used for live sales.
